GENERAL INFORMATION

ORDERING

To serve you best, all catering orders require final menu selections, guest count, and final payment confirmation 7 days prior to event.

 

Based on availability we will do our best to accommodate late requests, but a charge may be required.

 

DELIVERY AND SET UP 

20% Delivery service fee added to the total bill on all dropoffs 

 

30% Delivery service fee added to total bill on all dropoffs that require equipement and service ware picked up after event 

 

Minimum drop off orders are $200

 

STAFFING

Servers for all events will be provided at $25 per hour, per person with a minimum of 4 hrs 

 

Bartenders for all events will be provided at $35 per hour, per person with a minimum of 4 hours  

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

 

​10% Deposit due day of booking

 

50% Due 21 days prior to event 

Balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event (final 40%), with final counts. 

 

If there may be a special circumstance in which there may need to be a change to or addition to your event in less than 72 hours, we will do our best to accommodate them, but cannot promise we can

Once deposit is confirmed a tasting will be scheduled (weddings only), tastings are conducted at the local home of the Bride or Family Member (cancellation after tastings result in 50% loss of deposit)

All catering’s must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund including the deposit 

Cancelling less than 10 days prior to event will result in no refund of deposit

Cancellations must be confirmed in person or by phone (no email or text will be accepted)

Roasted red pepper, roasted garlic and parmesan and pesto whipped mashed potatoes piped into a martini glass.
